Return & Refund Policy

At Avoria London, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition that you received it
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned.

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

Returned items must still be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging

Proof of purchase will also be required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
